Fritos Cookies
No-Bake Fritos Cookies are made with Corn Chips and Peanut Butter and are sweet and salty in all the right ways. So yummy!
Yes, you read that correctly … cookies make out of Corn Chips. And don’t forget the Peanut Butter! We call them Frito Cookies around the Two Sisters’ kitchen but they are also called Kookie Cookies and Corn Chip and Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies. Whatever you call them, don’t forget to add them to your must-try baking list. Sweet and salty in all the right ways. Chewy and crunchy as any good cookie should be. This recipe is a keeper!
Ingredients You Will Need
How to Make the Cookies
Step 1: Pour the corn syrup and the sugar into a medium saucepan. Stir until combined.
Step 2: Stir until combined.
Step 3: Bring to a boil on medium heat, stirring consistently. Take off the heat when it starts to boil.
Step 4: Add the peanut butter.
Step 5: Stir until combined.
Step 6: Pour the peanut butter mixture onto the Fritos.
Step 7: Gently fold together.
Step 9: You want all the Fritos to be covered in the peanut butter mixture.
Step 9: Take a spoonful of Frito mixture and place it on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 10: Allow the Frito Cookies to cool and harden.
Decorating Ideas
Step 11: Place the chocolate chips in a plastic bag.
Step 12: Melt the chocolate in the microwave.
Step 13: Cut a tiny corner of the tip of the plastic bag.
Step 14: Drizzle the melted chocolate over the Fritos Cookies.
Step 15: Allow the Chocolate to harden and the cookies to completely cool before you store them. They will last up to a week in an airtight container. These cookies may lose their crunch if stored in the refrigerator.

- 1 cup Peanut Butter (creamy)
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Pour the corn syrup and the sugar into a medium saucepan. Stir until combined.
- Stir until combined.
- Bring to a boil on medium heat, stirring consistently. Take off the heat when it starts to boil.
- Add the peanut butter.
- Stir until combined.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture onto the Fritos.
- Gently fold together.
- You want all the Fritos to be covered in the peanut butter mixture.
