In reply to Candace. Hi Candace, you can make the cake the day before, but I would hold off decorating it with the M&Ms till the day of. If you have to decorate it the day before, it will still taste good, but the M&Ms will be dull from being in the refrigerator and they might bleed a little.

We want to make this for a party, did the m and ms color bleed on the icing? We have about an hour drive. We were going to cook it the day before, refrigerate it and put it in a cold bag.

In reply to Christine. We found them on an end cap at Target near the candy section a couple of weeks ago. If you aren't able to find them, Party City (and other places I assume) sell individual color packs of M&M's. You would just need to buy white ones since red and blue are in the regular bag. Good luck, we hope you find them!!

I have looked all over for those m&ms. I should have planned ahead and ordered them online, but now I need them in two days. Where did you find those?
