It was really helpful that you mentioned not to mix the cupcake batter for more than two minutes. My son is tuning 6 in two months and he said that instead of a cake, he wants to have a lot of cupcakes at his party. Baking sounds like a tedious process so I hope I can find a baker that can make customized cupcakes in the next month.

Hello,
We are just learning about our grandson having an allergic reaction to dairy. So do you have any recipe for dairy free frostings? I tried dairy free whipping cream and it has no flavor. It actually tastes of frozen water.
Was trying for whipped cream for strawberry shortcake.
