In reply to Jamie. Hi Jamie. We use Americolor Soft Gel Paste Food Color in Christmas Red. Because it is a gel you can put more food coloring into the frosting without ruining the frosting like liquid food coloring sometimes does if you use too much. They sell Americolor at craft stores like Michaels and Hobby Lobby and also on Amazon.
