How to Make the Peanut Butter Ritz Cracker Sandwiches
Step 1: Start with two Ritz Crackers.
Step 2: Spread a spoonful of peanut butter on one of the crackers. We think cream peanut butter works best. We like these cookies because they are a yummy combination of sweet and savory but if you want something a little sweeter you could make a Peanut Butter filling and use that instead. We have a yummy recipe in our Peanut Butter Pretzel Bite post that you can use.
Step 3: Use the second cracker to make a sandwich and set it aside. Make 24 Peanut Butter Ritz Cracker sandwiches.
How to Melt the Chocolate
Step 4: Pour the chocolate melting wafers (you can also use Chocolate Chips) into a shallow bowl.
Step 5: Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Start at 20 seconds. Take the bowl out and give the chocolate a stir. Continue to microwave at 10-second intervals until the chocolate is melted.
Step 6: The chocolate needs to be in a pourable consistency.
How to Dip the Cookies in Chocolate
Step 7: Lay one of the Ritz Cracker sandwiched into the chocolate.
