Toffee Chip Cookies

How to Make Toffee Chip Cookies
You will need:
- 1 cup butter (Sweet Cream, Salted)
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 3 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 Bag Heath English Toffee Bits
- Mixer
- Cookie Sheets
- Food Scale
- Cookie Cooling Rack
Our Toffee Chip Cookies are chock full of these yummy Heath English Toffee Bits. Â Save 1/4 cup of the bits aside for the top of the cookies.
To make the Toffee Chip Cookie dough, cream the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until completely combined. Â Add in eggs and vanilla and mix until the dough is fluffy. Add in baking soda, salt and cream of tartar. Mix in the flour, a third at a time. Finally stir in most of the bag of the Heath Toffee Chips (save 1/4 cup for the tops of the cookies.)
Using a food scale, we measured 2.0 oz. of cookie dough for each cookie. Â Roll the dough into a ball.
Place the cookie dough ball on the cookie sheet and press some extra toffee bits down onto the top of the cookie dough ball. Â Bake the cookies in a 350 degree oven for 11-13 minutes.
